MEZZO SOPRANO

 

 

 

 Licenciada en música y canto lírico (UDLAP), Es Maestra en Comunicación y Cultura y Doctorante en Teoría Crítica. Académica en cruces de Teoría crítica, Filosofía y Artes escénicas. Consultora en innovación empresarial para artistas en Idyllium. Actualmente co-dirige la Compañía Colaborativa Ópera de San Cristóbal y Co-preside Fundación Musical Mexicana para la Niñez y la Juventud y pertenece a la compañía lírica independiente Sing Von Seele. Como cantante ha formado parte de los programas Mediterranean Opera Studio, del New York Lyric Opera Studio y el Barcelona Festival of Song, y los cursos de perfeccionamiento vocal del Beckmann Opera Studio. Esther se ha presentado en escenarios de Chiapas, Oaxaca, Puebla, Guadalajara y Ciudad de México, y en el extranjero en el Museo Borbónico (Sicilia, Italia) Scorca Hall del Carnegie Hall, el National Opera Center y Opera America y la Biblioteca de Artes del Lincoln Center (Nueva York) y la Biblioteca Catalana en Barcelona, por mencionar algunos. Ha sido solista con ensambles y orquestas nacionales e internacionales y ha interpretado roles primarios y co-primarios de producciones independientes líricas. Esther continua su formación como cantante bajo la tutela del Dr. Carlos Conde. Así mismo imparte clases de canto en su estudio ubicado en la Ciudad de México y genera vinculación de docentes internacionales con cantantes líricos mexicanos de Chiapas y Oaxaca, sus estados de origen.

Esther es una artista multidisciplinaria, combina su carrera como cantante con la academia y el emprendedurismo cultural.

Graduated in music and lyric singing (UDLAP), she has a Master in Communication and Culture and a PhD in Critical Theory. Esther is an academic at the crosses of Critical Theory, Philosophy and Performing Arts. She is a business innovation consultant for artists at Idyllium. Esther co-directs the Collaborative Opera Company of San Cristóbal and co- manages the Mexican Musical Foundation for Children and Youth, also she belongs to the independent lyrical company Sing Von Seele. As a mezzosoprano she has been part of the Mediterranean Opera Studio and Festival, the New York Lyric Opera Studio and the Barcelona Festival of Song, and the vocal improvement courses of the Beckmann Opera Studio. Esther has performed on stages in Chiapas, Oaxaca, Puebla, Guadalajara and Mexico City, also at the Museo Borbónico (Sicily, Italy) Scorca Hall at Carnegie Hall, the National Opera Center and Opera America and the Library of Arts from the Lincoln Center (New York) and the Catalan Library in Barcelona. She has been a soloist with ensembles and national and international orchestras and has played primary and co-primary roles in independent lyrical productions. Esther continues her training as a singer under the tutelage of Dr. Carlos Conde. She teaches singing in her studio located in Mexico City and generates links between international teachers and Mexican lyrical singers from Chiapas and Oaxaca, their home states.
